Morocco: Lemon Skewers

I’m a bit jealous that Tom cooked such delicious looking food this week (I was still on my no meat eating, but also, obviously, he cooked it in Pietermaritzburg so I couldn’t taste it). His recipe can be found here.

This is what Tom has to say about his meal:  “I had done something similar to this before. It was nice to be using fresh ingredients from the garden again and was well received by the mother as well as the fussy father who actually couldn’t get enough.” (My dad’s relative lack of culinary exploration is definitely a bone of contention in our family – if you hadn’t picked it up already it’s best that it’s out in the open now!)

This is definitely something Tom is going to have to cook when I’m home again. It looked incredible!
